Saturday the 16th of September is the final day of the summer season. This year, to mark the closing of the green, we will have a final afternoon get together and all in the aid of charity. We will play a game of ‘Bowls Bash’ , the fun variant which was so successful back on President’s Day followed by a BBQ.

There will be no entry or rink fee but the BBQ (£2), Name the Gnome (£1) and proceeds from the bar will contribute to the club’s charitable donation to Prostate Cancer UK.

Prostate Cancer UK has a light blue and white coloured logo and we are adopting these colours as our dress code for the day.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible as we round off this very successful summer season.
